Abstract
apporo City is a local principal city, but now its subway sysytem sufffers a heavy deficit. However it is very important system for the city. So how to maintain it is a very big problem. We study it on Marketing, analyze the subway using people, make a modal choice model, and verify the demand increasing strategy. So we suggest the Marketing process for infrastructure.
