Abstract
In the freight transportation, there are various problems, such as traffic jam and air pollution. In order to solve the problems, it is necessary to construct a rational transportation system. Locating freight transportation facility properly is one of the ways. This study proposes locating model considering externalities, and analyze optimum location applying to virtual city. The result clearly shows that there are externalities.
