Abstract
The analysis of decision process in the route choice of the drivers should be important to discuss the efficient traffic management with highly information technology. The traffic flow analysis is done on the basis of learning process in route choice of the drivers. The descriptive model for the behaviors of the driver is constructed to analyze the traffic flow change with accumulation of experience of the drivers. The route choice model for the drivers is proposed with fuzzy travel time to describe fuzziness and uncertainty. Particularly, the realistic decision process can be described to consider the relation between learning amount and the recognition of the drivers. Furthermore, the realization of “Fuzzy User Equilibrium” can be mentioned empirically since the traffic simulation on the assumed network is carried out to summarize the behaviors of individual driver
