Abstract
This subject of this study is to improve the problem of the driving navigation system under the fog condition. Conducting a laboratory test using a virtual-reality driving simulator collects required data, which verify the effect of the system proposed in this study. The message information for curve approach and front vehicles added to previous type navigation is showed the effectiveness. Using the information for curve approach, sight-moving load is mitigated, a curve can be recognized beforehand, and drivers can respond to a curve properly. And the information for front vehicles enable drivers to check front vehicles beforehand, and down the velocity gently in the approach to the front cars.
