Abstract
In this research, the important road links for cultural heritage disaster mitigation in historical cities are identified. Concretely, distributions of cultural heritages, fire stations and road network in Kyoto City are analyzed and the important road links and areas for disaster mitigation of urban cultural heritages are identified. The important road links and areas are analyzed comparing with the safety evaluation of cultural heritages and the traffic demand estimation at the earthquake disaster situation, in order to examine the road network development and the traffic management.
