The municipality person in charge consciousness were investigated on the community bus operated in Aichi prefecture, and passenger, non passenger consciousness were investigated on the community bus operated in Nisshin City, Aichi prefecture. As a result, difference of opinions grasped about community bus among various properties. The municipality person in charge expected the healthy finance and management situation, but was not going to get a direct income from a user of a charge. A user hopes for the service that regarded an indirect effect as important of a bus as one of the measures of environmental measures.
