Abstract
The social experiments of cooperative operation systems of parking lots have been performed in th e central area of Miyazaki city. This paper aims to evaluate the social experiment processes and the role of the committee consisted with several stakeholders from the view point of project management skills.
The results are shown as follows: 1) the committee has been playing a very important role of management, 2) project management skills are very effective for starting and developing the cooperative operation system, and 3) PCDA cycle is workable for managing and they solved some issues and problems information and human resource managements.
