Abstract
 In this paper, it is tested whether it is effective in improvement of civic assessment for tap water to give the information by using a framework of Mobility Management. First, a prior questionnaire was executed and the assessment for the water was grasped. Second, learning about the water was promoted through giving the information. Third, a post and a long-post questionnaire were executed. Consequently, it was made clear that the extent of learning was related to improvement of the assessment. It was also become clear that a group with the communication kept an effect of learning in the long-term.
