教育職員免許法および教育職員免許法施行規則の変遷 : 家庭科教員養成における科目「家政学原論」をめぐって

This paper explains changes that have occurred in the Educational Personnel Certification Law or in the ordinance for enforcement of this law over the years. Particularly, this investigation looks at the limitations placed on the curriculum of teacher training courses, while focusing on the teacher training curriculum for home economics education. The major findings are as follows: 1) The subject of principles of home economics is included in neither the current Educational Personnel Certification Law nor the ordinance for enforcement of this law. 2) The subject of home economics was included in the ordinance for enforcement of earlier versions of the Educational Personnel Certification Law as adopted by the Ministry of Education, No.38 in 1949 to No.26 in 1954. The results suggest that future case studies must (1) consider the significance of a series of lectures on the principles of home economics when it was not a regulate course and (2)investigate the details on the subject of home economics from 1949 to 1954.
