1. The more permeable for the plasma membrane ammonium salts are, the more they check the growth of fungi, and the lower the acidity of culture solution become. The more permeable for the plasma membrane nitrates are, the more they check the growth of fungi and the higher the acidity of culture solution.
2. Salts that check the growth of fungi stimulate the respiration of fungi.
3. In a short time the lower concentration of nitrogen source is suitable for the growth of fungi, and in a long time the higher concentration is.
4. The suitable concentration of nitrogen source for the growth of fungi depends upon the character of Ion.
5. Hydrogen-ion-concentration has not so great influence on the growth of fungi as the character of Ion.
6. Oxalic acid is found in the culture solution containing a little quantity of nitrogen source and a large quantity of KNO3. NaNO3, and (NH4)2HPO4.
