 The purpose of this study is to make clear the difference of the perspectives among Yogo teachers in terms of the educations they received, and to show the issues they have. Based on the historical changes of Yogo teacher education, they are classified into three groups: “nursing-course", “university" and “junior-college", according to the education they received. They are sub-classified by the years of their work experience.

 A paper survey was conducted on Yogo teachers in three prefectures, and the number of valid responses was 493. “Sense of load," “emphasis," “self-confidence" and “consideration in dealing with students individually" were analyzed about Yogo teachers' perspective of functions, searching for a common factor in functions and classifying the answers into some types of functions. Through the analysis of variance, the following results have become clear.

 Yogo teachers from junior colleges, with less than five years of work experience, got high scores on the “emphasis" about the school health factor, while those with more than 26 years of work experience got low scores.

 Yogo teachers from universities working for larger schools, got low scores on the “self-confidence" about the mental care factor, and those with less than five years of work experience, got the lowest scores on the “self-confidence" of the physical management factor.

 Yogo teachers from nursing courses working for larger schools got high scores on the “self-confidence" of the mental care factor. Those working for more than 26 years got the highest scores both on the “emphasis" about the school health factor, and on the “self-confidence" of the physical management factor.

 As for “consideration in dealing with students individually," scores are the highest with Yogo teachers from nursing courses, and the lowest with those from junior colleges, regardless of the years of their work experience.

 From these results, the difference of Yogo teachers' perspective of functions, produced in the courses of Yogo teacher education, has become clear.
