The histological, physiological and biochemical study of mine upon the urinary tract and the cloaca of fowl has proved that the urinary tract of fowl has congenitally many defences against ascending bacterial infection from the cloaca. We are not able to create these defending conditions in human being by the ureteroenterostomy and the clinical ureteroenterostomy, however it may be reproved, can not have the physiological conditions as these of the cloaca of fowl.
