As the authers experienced the case on a 7-aged female child who has the defect of the right kidney and the completely duplicated pyelo-ureter of the left side, which “Ureter of Beiniere” is opened in urethra, complicated with the intraseptal vagina, and recovered it by uretero-bladder anastomosis, we report it here.
