This is a case diagnosed as that of primary urethral cancer, in which the cancer cell are chiefly of squamous epithelial nature involving the Bulbus Urethralis and Fossa Navicularis.
Priapism was manifest throughout the course of the disease.
Removal of the entire sexual organ was followed by urethroplasty. No recurrence or metastasis have been noted during the past one year of observation.
