Results were gained in the observations of the metabolic state by applying the intravenous injection of 100μc. of Hg203 Neohydrin on the normal case of renal function.
The method by Hg203 Neohydrin should be carried out within 1-4 hours after the administration.
The concentration of Hg203 being injected into the blood vessel decreased itself exponentially to become of very paucity arround 48 hours after the injection.
The majority of the excretion of it finished already within 24 hours after the injection, totally amounting to about 70-80% into the urine of the whole applied within 5 days, while within 8 hours 50%.
In spite of the increase of the urinary excretion the concentration in the blood went up to 3-4 hours after the injection to form the summit.
The renal deposit of Hg203 Neohydrin was of so long duration and the dosis of its radio-action to expose the pelvic mucosa was so high (about 14.4rad. provided 100μc. given) that one should always consider the radiological influences to the organs on performing the method.
