1) Anti-trichomonas vaginalis actions of several drugs were tested in vitro. Those MIC were determined as following.
Naramycin 10γ/ml
Panfuran S 0.7γ/ml
Furadantin 6γ/ml
Pimaricin 40γ/ml
2) Inhibition of phosphoglucoisomerase activity was recognized in naramycin, panfuran S, furadantin and P6224.
