Many-body fermionic charges in disordered system have been statistically described by mean-field Gross-Pitaevskii equation by the quantum hydrodynamic approximation. Such high current regime results have been supported by experimental results and theoretical simulations in a CVD-grown graphene wide constriction. Here we provide a novel corrected mean-field Gross-Pitaevskii equation to describe the dynamic temperature-dependent charge transport behavior. The results show that the charge tunneling effect through the extreme high potential regions from the merged domains and grain boundaries on graphene can be equivalently affected by temperature, a further support to our high current results.
