We reported a angle-resolved photoemission study of Fe(100) films on MgO(100) substrate. We measured the k_z_ dependence of band dispersions of Fe(100) by polarization-resolved ARPES, band dispersions at high symmetry lines have been measured using both p- and s-polarization geometry from 30 eV to 260 eV. To compare the experimental results with the recent calculation results, we can reveal the orbital symmetry and surface contribution of Fe(100) band dispersions.
