The temperature dependence of the spontaneous polarization Ps in the mixed crystal systems [(NH4)1-nRn]2SO4 (R=K, Rb, Cs) has been systematically studied by incorporation of a occupation parameter for the R+ ions, which substitute for the two kinds of crystallographycally nonequivalent ions NH4+(I) and NH4+(II). It has been assumed that the variation of lattice constants in each crystal system affects on the interaction constants between ions in a different way, in order to explain that the Ps in the mixed crystal systems changes in a different way with the concentration of R+ ions. We have described both of NH4+ and R+ ions by oscillator model, and used the two sublattice model.
