The ligand fluorine ENDOR spectrum in perovskite-fluoride KCdF3 doped with Mn2+ have been measured at 4.2 K using 34 GHz EPR spectrometer. The angular dependence of the spectrum evidently shows that the fluorine octahedra are distorted from the regular positions with tilting angles of about 6, 10 and 10 degrees around the [001], [100] and [010] axes in the pseudo cubic phase of the crystal and these components reflect the domain structure.
