Abstract

The concentration and the composition dependence of the thermoelectric power in III–V ternary mixed crystals at different temperatures has been investigated. A good agreement with experiment is found in the cases of InP_xAs_1−x, Ga_xIn_1−xAs and InAs_xSb_1−x.
