A Note on Inelastic Scattering Time in Two-Dimensional Weakly Localized Regime

抄録

Controversy over the inelastic scattering time, τ_ε, in the weakly localized regime in two-dimension has been resolved. The strong spin-orbit scattering is shown not to affect τ_ε.
