Effects of localization on the critical temperature and the upper critical field have been examined for bulk superconductors in the weakly localized regime, i.e. εFτ>>1; εF and τ being the Fermi energy and the life time, respectively. The life time is assumed to be short so that τ−1>ωD; ωD being the Debye frequency, and modifications of density of states and renormalization of effective Coulomb interaction have been investigated by perturbation to the order of (εFτ)−2. The results indicate that there exists appreciable suppression of the critical temperature even in the weakly localized regime.
