Kondo Effect and Magnetoresistance in Weakly Localized Regime

Magnetoresistance through an interplay between the Kondo effect and the Anderson localization is investigated in the weakly localized regime. The anomalous resistivity in the order of J³, which is in proportion to T^d⁄2−2 in the absence of magnetic fields, is seen to be suppressed, once the Zeeman energy exceeds the thermal energy; J, T and d are an exchange interaction constant, temperature and dimensionality, respectively.
