Detailed flight behaviour of electrons in a Reid ramp model gas under DC electric field is calculated by the flight time integral (FTI) method. The results are very accurate and are in good agreement with those of previous papers. A new function to judge the convergence to equilibrium distribution is presented. The transport coefficients derived from transport functions, energy and momentum balance equations and the validity of the formula commonly appearing in the two-term analysis are discussed.
