Transient Phenomenon in the Oxide Cathode Layer

抄録

In the previous paper, it was shown by the writer that the space charge may be formed up in the oxide cathode layer near the surface. In this paper the theory was extended to clarify the transient phenomenon in oxide layer forming up this space charge. The theory shows some short time transient phenomena having 10⁻⁸∼10⁻⁹ second transit time.
