A molecular understanding of drug actions at G protein coupled receptors

In this talk I will summarize findings from my lab which reveal molecular details of drug actions at G protein coupled receptors. I will show how high resolution GPCR structures are revolutionizing molecular and analytical pharmacology. Finally, I will show how we can leverage these structures to accelerate drug discovery.
