Abstract

This study focuses on “Ishikawa no Asa-tore-mon” project, which is tackled to utilize fresh seafood at “Asa-seri (morning auction)” in Kanazawa central wholesale market from April 2012, and activities of “Visualization (Mieru-ka)” by participating traders.

Result in investigation, the difficulty of the intentional activity with highly motivation and continuation of “Visualization” in sales stage has grasped. Moreover, participation by producers is not served concretely except shipping activity. It became clear that the cognition on “Asa-seri” or “Ishikawa no Asa-tore-mon” by consumer was also low. For resource utilization and improvement of distribution environment, it is necessity some device to cooperate easily and the substantial mutual learning among all concerned.
