A few words from my experience of job hunting and hopping for academic positions

Abstract

Young scientists have found it difficult to attain a permanent academic position in the radiation research field, and a system for carrier paths should be hence established. After obtaining a Ph.D degree, I was in term-limit positions at four different laboratories for a total of six years, and then gained an age-limit position. I shall give a few words from such experience.
