In this paper, we study on an electromagnetic energy harvester which is oscillated by speed ripple of AC motors. Motion and circuit equation for the motor and harvester are derived according to Euler-Lagrange equation. The principle of electrical power generation is presented. Numerical computation employing MATLAB/Simulink reveals that the active Coriolis force decreases the original motor torque unnecessarily and expected power generation is unsuccessful. On the other hand, the computation also reveals the reactive Coriolis force is able to suppress the motor torque ripple.
