Abstract

 This paper presents the modeling method of conducted noise on AC/DC converter using SiC devices. The common-mode equivalent circuit is derived by leakage current. This equivalent circuit considers multiple resonance points. In addition, the EMI filter for the power supply is modeled and inserted into the derived equivalent circuit for simulation. The usefulness and validity of this method are shown by comparing the simulation results and measurement results after inserting the EMI filter. Then, in order to consider more resonance and improve the precision of the simulation, a genetic algorithm is used to determine the parameters of the equivalent circuit, and the simulation results of the equivalent circuit are shown.
