Abstract
In the development of the Hybrid electric vehicle motor drive system, we found the coil winding change effective as a method of improving the electric maximum rotation speed limit. For seamless switching at continuous torque, we adapted the automotive parts by choosing semiconductor devices. We achieved the product by utilizing this technology and the control improvement.
