Abstract
According to the improvement of NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness) and the increment of Hybrid vehicle, it is required to reduce aerodynamic noise, especially fluctuating aerodynamic noise. However, it has not been understood in detail because there have been only a few studies. In our previous study, we showed that the velocity fluctuation of relative wind had larger contribution than that of wind direction. In the present paper, we propose a new prediction equation considering both contributions and clarify the influence of the energy balance between aerodynamic noise and other noise on fluctuation level of interior noise qualitatively to develop vehicles with small fluctuating feeling.
