Abstract
A hybrid SEA modeling method has been developed and applied to obtain an accurate SEA model for a passenger car. However, it is necessary to measure SEA parameters again in order to predict after the trim change. Then, this paper presents the Design Modification (DM) modeling method as the easy and accurate hybrid SEA modeling method after the trim changes. And we performed the acoustic analysis of a passenger car using this method. As a result, the validity of the DM modeling method was shown, and utility of the method was confirmed.
