Abstract
To adopt aluminum alloy in structure, it is important to develop most suitable joining technology. This paper describes effect of factors to fatigue strength in aluminum spot laser welding with tensile shear joint. In the range of this study, distance between sheets and thickness occupies most of the contribution, so those are important factors to fatigue strength.
