Abstract
In the vehicle development, it is necessary to repeat function designs and layout designs to meet many constraints such as function requirements. For the reduction of repetitions, it is required to find a feasible set where all constraint functions are satisfied in the early stage of vehicle development. In this paper, we propose a novel method to solve a feasible region exploring method called Differential Evolution Based Adaptive Sampling (DEBAS). Moreover, we present an application of DEBAS to a double wishbone suspension design problem which has a lot of constraints functions and design variables.
