Abstract
FVM analysis technology is a simulation technology for dew condensation, but although this analysis method can predict the occurrence of dew condensation, it cannot reproduce the flow of condensed water caused by factors such as vehicle tilt and driving acceleration/deceleration. We developed the reproducing method of condensation water on the air conditioner ducts by adapting MPS method. The simulation results of the condensation water flow are similar as the actual vehicle test cases with vehicle tilts and driving situations.
