We observe posting frequency dynamics of resources in the actual social annotation systems: livedoor Clip and Twitter. Although these two systems are different social web services, we find that their dynamical properties are surprisingly similar to each other. We observe that the frequency distributions of resources follow power-law and the growth rates of resources decrease as long as time goes on. We also find that the phase transitions occur between the non-spreading phase and spreading phase as for the posting frequency dynamics.
