Knowledge Collection System for Project management

Abstract

This Paper describes a trial of Knowledge Collection System for Project management. This system can record the know-how knowledge consisting of the several personal chips of knowledge. Environment and effect are important to use knowledge which is collected by this system. And it is a problem to measure the effect of use of knowhow knowledge in future.
