Abstract

To solve several types of project management problems, efficient project managements are being demanded. Success or failure of the project hangs to the skill of project manager. A project manager controls manpower, budget, and equipment. However in general, it is not easy to estimate the productivity of a staff. The productivity of a staff is uncertainty. An excellent manager can estimate the productivity of a staff with consideration of his experience and environment. IN generally many projects are running in the same time. To avoid the troubles and to achieve the productivity of the staff we propose the method for project manage- ments.it is called for method of management of initiate day. In the method of management of initiate day we manage the initiate day in addition to start day and completed day. It aims to improve the productivity and the schedule by giving appropriate knowledge on the initiate day in this method.
