Organizational Knowledge Long-term Succession by Shared Folder Use

Abstract

Shared folders are used as the simplest method for the organizational knowledge succession. So, many documents which are generated by organizational activities are accumulated in shared folders. However, shared folders have a big problem of originating in use for a long term. That is, folder structure become chaotic and using of the stored documents becomes troublesome. To succeed organizational knowledge by using shared folders under long term use environment, I propose a new utilization method of shared folders.
