Disaster culture is a concept proposed by American sociologist Moore to explain how communities respond to disaster. This paper examines the evolution of information sharing behavior during disasters from the perspective of systems theory, using earthquake disasters in Japan as an example. Specifically, we propose a method for visualizing information sharing systems using Systemigram, and a method for analyzing the evolution of information sharing systems through the propagation of deviation points.
