In recent years, the development of AI technology such as large-scale language model has brought more demand to utilize Virtual Human Spoken Dialog AI Agent in business. In fact, there exist various Spoken Dialog AI Agent providing with different type of services, for example, tourist guidance, question answering systems. These systems are generally designed based on one-on-one dialog. However, in actual business scenes, it is common to work by having conversation among multiple people rather than working with such one-on-one individual dialog. In this paper, we introduce our research and development toward Spoken Dialog AI Agent to support sales activities during sales negotiations having conversation among multiple people, specifically with regard to its sales process and features.
