Basic Study on the Development of Seeding System

Abstract

Direct seeding is one of the advantageous methods to save labor on rice culture. On this method of cultivating, it is important to raise germination rate for getting high yield. Then the effect of several factors on the penetration depth of dropped seeds was examined, and a new rice seeder for submerged paddy field was manufactured in order to prove the practicality application of pneumatic direct seeding system.
