Performance for wheat

Abstract

Peformance and characteristics of stripping header for combine harvester were investigated in wheat.
At the results of the tests, the relationship between rotor speed/working speed ratio or lodged crop harvesting and performance, were clearfied.
From the results, the stripping header could be used for power saving in wheat harvesting, and a combine harvester with the stripping header could harvest at 2 to 3 times the speed of a combine harvester with reel header.
And the recutting system for combine harvester with stripping header were studied on.
