Clinical evaluation to the parameters of multiprogrannable pulse generator

Abstract

One hundred thirty five multiprogramrnable pulse generators were implanted and studied on the programmable parameters in clinical use. The rate programmability was available for the purpose of hemodyna rLc improvement, examination, maintenance of A-V synchrony and so on. In AAI mode, the output and sensitivity programmability were used for the pacing or sensing failure, and the result was satisfactory. But these parameters were in need of further range, because of the exit block or under sensing in atrial pacing. The hysteresis programmability was available.
