Dialysate from CAPD treatment was analysed by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, irrinunodiffusion method and high performance liquid chromatography. Thirteen kinds of low molecular weight proteins were determined. Reducing the accumulation of low molecular protein might be effective in the treatment of uremic symptoms.
