Abstract
Many unsolved problems thought to be remained in the operative and postoperative care and disturbed the good result of TRAH.
By improving several items for TRAH operation and postoperative care and evaluating the effects of them with hemodynamic, blood gals and blood chemical data, those problems made to be clear. Shallow anethesia, hypothermic high-osmoral non-hemic priming CPB, unilateralthoracotomy autotransfusion of intrapulmonary vessel improved hemodynamic blood gas and blood chemical data and could get good survival results on TRAH experiment of goat.
