Abstract
Cellular membrane clearance (KC) and fluid volume ratio in intra and extra cellular (VI:VE) are closely related with the change of solute concentration in the blood purification therapy. KC, which is obtained in this paper using HF, is larger than that of some previous reports. (VI:VE) has a much larger effect on the concentration change in uric acid than in urea or crest inine.
