Abstract
61 cases (70 hips) were operated by Judet's Cementless T. H. between november 1976 and august 1983 in our Orthopaedic Surgery Division. Patients aged from 28 to 69 years, 20 mens and 41 womens. They are 44 chronic O. A., 9aseptic necrosis, 2 traumatic coxarthrosis, 2 rheumatoid arthritis and etc.. As this total hip has charactaristic model and mechanisms, the operative technique is much more difficult than the others. On clinical result, 83% are excellent and good, 15% fair and 2% bad by criteria of Merle d'Augibné & Postel.
